(2) Explanation


    The smiling faces of both girls symbolize the friendly relationship between the two countries.

    A girl on the left-side in Kimono represents Japan, and a girl on the right side in Apsara costume represents Cambodia.

    Both girls are sharing a Cambodian Kroma, holding and standing under a Japanese umbrella, which describes the bond of friendship between Japan and Cambodia.

  To use the logo

The logo will be used as a symbol of the Japan-Cambodia Kizuna Events.

Organizers who plan to hold events or projects between March 1, 2014 and March 31, 2015 in Cambodia can apply for endorsement of the Japan-Cambodia Kizuna Events. Organizers of endorsed events will be entitled to use the official logo of the Kizuna event. The information of endorsed events will be listed on the official event calendar of the Japan-Cambodia Kizuna Events on the homepage of the Embassy of Japan.
